DFO Eastern Creek makes your visit easier, faster and more accessible with our ticketless parking system. Our ticketless system uses licence plate recognition to ensure you have a seamless experience.

1. Drive In: Cameras will automatically recognise your vehicle’s registration number upon entry.

2. Enjoy Your Visit: No tickets required. Shop, dine and relax at your leisure.

3. Drive Out: Your number plate will be scanned at exit for a seamless departure.

4. Payment: If your stay exceeds the free parking period, conveniently pay at the digital pay machines or at the exit gates.

• Disability Parking Permit Holders: Unlimited free parking
• Seniors Card Holders: 4 hours free parking (1 extra hour above the standard 3-hour free period) To access these benefits, please email [email protected]

There are two easy ways to pay:

1. Using tap-and-go (payWave) at the exit gate

2. At a digital pay machines within the centre before you leave by entering your licence plate number

Digital Parking Pay Machines are located

1. Adjacent to The Shed Cafe outside the entry of Hanmade’s Bakehouse

2. Next to Soul Origin

3. Outside Adidas

4. Green Level carpark lobby

5. Orange Level carpark lobby

All parking digital pay machines are cashless and accept card or contactless payments only.

You will be able to check your parking duration by entering your license plate number at any digital pay machines located within the centre.

Ampol AmpCharge fast EV charging is available at DFO Eastern Creek.

AmpCharge charging bays are located in the main outlet outdoor carpark via Church Street entry.
